Smoke detection

Sen-Eye augments any type of IP camera with an AI capable of detecting emerging wildfires by scanning the camera's images for smoke plumes

Smoke classification

The Sen-Eye AI is trained specifically on recognizing wildfire smoke. This was achieved by using 10000's of various images and having the AI label them as a wildfire or false alert.

Generate alert

Once the Sen-Eye AI has established that the detected smoke is an emerging wildfire, it will generate an alert to the requested channel, as specified by the user's preferences.

Configuration of the alerting service, management of the camera's and user preferences are all managed through the Sen-Eye Dashboard.

Once the Sen-Eye dashboard has been configured, users will be notified of detected wildfires through their configured channel (e-mail, text message, WhatsApp...)

Fire metadata

Aside from the alert of a wildfire, users will also be informed about additional details of the fire: location estimate, fuel type near fire, weather conditions etc.

The Sen-Eye solution is deployed through the use of an IP camera. Our system is brand agnostic and thus can be deployed on any type, brand, existing or new IP camera.

Deployment anywhere

Sen-Eye can be deployed anywhere on the planet. By using Copernicus satellites we ensure the system is activated and alerts are send, only when needed. This allows us to optimize power consumption and guarantee maximum uptime.

    Add your IP camera in the dashboard (for free)

    Add your IP camera in our dashboard by downloading our camera app and confirm compatibility with Sen-Eye.

    Activate Sen-Eye license

    Activate our wildfire detection AI by purchasing a license in our shop and add the activation code in your dashboard. Done!

Cloud-based wildfire detection

The Sen-Eye Cloud solution has been designed for a deployment using either existing IP camera's or installation points where power and connectivity are at hand. After deployment, each image taken by the camera is send to the cloud where our AI is hosted. The AI will process the received images and will trigger an alert when a wildfire has been detected.

Off-grid wildfire detection

The Sen-Eye Edge solution is designed for a deployment in places where power and connectivity are lacking. We developed a hardware solution which provides power and connectivity to a connected camera. It also enables the hosting of our AI locally instead of in the cloud allowing for a efficient and smart data processing: the AI processes each image locally and only sends the data to user when a wildfire has been detected.

Edge subscription plans

Sen-Eye Edge

Release Q3 2023

Our Edge solution is being developed as we speak, with a release goal of Q3 2023.
However, if you are already in need of deploying a wildfire detection system in a remote area where there is no power nor connectivity, we can already provide a solution: Sen-Hub. This system allows for the use of Sen-Eye Cloud in off-grid situations by enhancing a camera through following features:

  • Multiple connectivity options (3G, 4G, Satellite...)

  • Modular backhaul system compatible with multiple data feeds
