Job DescriptionWhat do we expect from you?As a Customer Success Manager, you are the key link between Senhive and our clients—ranging from critical infrastructure operators to defence and security forces. You ensure our customers are fully supported before, during, and after deployment. Your focus is on maximising customer satisfaction, system adoption, and long-term value.
Responsibilities:● Own the customer journey: onboarding, training, and long-term engagement● Act as the main point of contact for key accounts● Provide strategic advice to ensure customers achieve their operational goals● Coordinate with sales, engineering, and support teams to solve complex issues● Support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities● Drive customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies, and referrals
Your Profile?● Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, security, or related field● Proven track record of complex project management● Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support● Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. Candidates that are (Native) French speaking have a significant advantage as a lot of our Business is in the French defence & security domain.● Experience working with B2B or public sector clients; defence/security familiarity is an asset● Strong organisational skills, problem-solving mindset, and a high level of professionalism● Interest & experience in (drone) technology, defence and security is a bonus● No problem with regular travels with Europe especially France.
