Job Description
What do we expect from you?As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the full lifecycle of your product(s), from vision and strategy to launch and continuous optimization. You define and safeguard a clear product vision and translate business objectives into a structured and actionable roadmap. Based on customer insights, data, and business impact, you set the right priorities and make well-informed decisions on feature development.
You work across the board with R&D, sales, marketing, production… to ensure the product is both technically strong and commercially successful. By actively gathering and analysing user feedback and market insights, you continuously steer the product roadmap development. You guide new features from concept to a successful go-to-market, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset to turn plans into tangible results.
Your Profile
● At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset● Excellent communication skills● Ability to align stakeholders around a clear and shared vision● Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership● Experience in a mixed hard- and software product development environment● Fluent in English, French
Nice to have:● Experience in (Counter) UAS domain: ● RF, Signal Intelligence, Physical Layer, Multi-Sensor… ● Data fusion & analysis with or without AI ● Cybersecurity● Business Network in Defense & Security● Military & Security Operations● Standardization and regulatory knowledge
