Job Description
What do we expect from you?As a production engineer you will bring alive our high-tech hardware. This is not a standard production role. You work on smart sensors, RF modules, and electronic components that are used in defence, security, and infrastructure projects. This means you immediately see the results—and the impact—of your work.

Responsibilities:● Assembly of sensors, printed circuit boards, electronic modules, and other technical components.● Performing visual inspections and quality checks to ensure each product meets Senhive’s standards.● Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.● Actively contributing to order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.
Your profile?
● Experience with production, assembly, fine mechanics, or electronics — hobby experience also counts.● Technical insight; knowledge of printed circuit boards, wiring, or soldering is a plus.● You work accurately, with strong focus and attention to detail.● You think along proactively and can independently assess and address minor technical issues.● Willing and eligible to obtain an NVO security clearance (Belgium) and complete the required procedure.● You have a good command of the Dutch language to communicate clearly and safely.
