Job DescriptionWhat do we expect from you?● You work closely with the Sales/Business Development Manager and are responsible for various procedural and administrative tasks within the internal organisation.● You ensure a flexible and agile organisation and develop solutions that respond to the specific challenges of an innovative company.● You have a customer-oriented attitude, helping to convey our company's vision.
You are (jointly) responsible for:Purchasing:● Processing purchase orders● Following up on purchase orders (backorders, shipped and incoming orders)● Purchasing and inventory management of office supplies● Processing purchase invoices (as preparation/support for accounting)● Maintaining contacts with suppliers and service providers
Administration:● Administrative follow-up and support● Processing incoming mail and packages
Logistics:● Smooth handling of internal and external goods flows● Organising transport (within the EU and for export)● Coordinating export processes: You are responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of export shipments (preparing goods for shipment)● Preparing and processing necessary documents: You ensure the correct and timely administrative processing of all required documents, such as invoices, packing slips, customs forms, and certificates● Proactively solving logistical challenges: You identify problems and help find solutions to optimize export processes● Ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations: You monitor the proper compliance with export rules and regulations
Your profile?You are an absolute team player with:● At least a few years of relevant work experience in a similar role and/or business environment● Knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international transport modalities● Experience in dual-use environments is a plus● A hands-on mentality● Strong communication skills: you communicate fluently in Dutch and English (and possibly other languages) with customers and partners● The ability to prioritise and a strong eye for detail● Accuracy, assertiveness, and a proactive attitude by taking precise and efficient actions● Excellent coordinating and organisational skills● Independence, responsibility, and stress resistance● Flexibility, precision, and good communication skills are essential in this diverse role.
