What do we expect from you?As a Sales Operations Specialist, you ensure our sales team, partners, and processes run at full speed. You manage the CRM system (Odoo), streamline internal processes, support quotations, and analyse sales data. You make the difference by ensuring that everyone has the right information at the right time.
You are (jointly) responsible for:● Management and optimisation of our CRM system (Odoo)● Support in sales forecasting, pipeline follow-up, and reporting● Preparation of price lists, quotations, and tender documents● Coordination between sales, finance, logistics, and marketing● Follow-up of incoming requests via the general inbox● Set up and document structured processes● Support management with commercial insights
Your Profile?● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic, commercial, or analytical field● At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role● Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with Odoo● You work accurately, in a structured way, and have strong analytical skills● Fluent communication in Dutch and English; French is a plus● Interest in technology, defence, or (drone) security is a bonus
